Products are get CE ROHS TUV SAA ETL Certification. Mainly produce industrial and commercial lighting and export to Europe, USA, CANADA, Australian, and other high-end market. Finished Production Line

Finished production line assembling LED Products, normally 12-15 people include Solder paste, soldering, wiring, testing, aging, laser, cleaning, packaging, QC inspection operators. Quality and delivery time are under control.
LED Driver Production Line

LED Driver is one of the most important parts of led lighting lifespan. We developed led drivers by ourselves for some led lamps, especially for customized products. Quality is always the first principle for our business.
Reflow Soldering Equipment

Many led lighting products used SMD led chips, Automatic SMD machine and reflow soldering equipment can run with high speed and precise control. It increases efficiency and saves labor costs. Thereby reducing the production cost of the led lighting.
Laser Machine

This laser machine is printing datasheet and company LOGO on lamps. You can request your company LOGO print on every lamp when you ordered.

This is good to build your own brand in the local market and keep competitive.
Photometric Integrating Sphere

Photometric Integrating Sphere can help us read the lamps' color temperature, chromaticity coordinates, color deviation, wavelength, color tolerance, CRI, luminous efficiency, luminous flux, dominant wavelength, red ratio, color purity, etc.
Light Intensity Equipment (IES Room)

Compare with Photometric Integrating Sphere, IES Room can read more information. For example Light intensity curve, average illuminance, plane illuminance curve. It's good to help engineers analyze lighting distribution for outdoor lighting products -led street lights, floodlights, and HID Retrofit bulbs.
Aging Room

Every lamp will be aging before packaging. 100% aging lasts for 8 hours with the aging system. The aging system includes 4 hours of impact testing, 10 seconds turn on, 10 seconds turn off; 4 hours of continuous lighting testing. The Aging system makes sure lamps are 100% perfect working before shipping.
Raw Material Warehouse

We keep sufficient raw material stock in order to shorten the client's delivery time.
Samples delivery time 3-7 working days, mass production 10-15 working days.
